Contact and sponsorship enquiries

When you submit a form, we receive the details you provide, including your name, email address, message, and any venue information. Our forms use Formspree to deliver enquiries. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss sponsorship when requested. Please avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

Website analytics and hosting

We use Plausible to understand page visits and engagement. The website is hosted on Vercel. These services may process technical information needed to deliver and operate the website.

Google Maps photos

Some venue pages display photos supplied by Google Maps. Our server requests a photo using the venue's place ID. When your browser loads the photo or follows a Google Maps link, it connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address. Google's handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Maps photos remain attributed to their contributors. We do not store these API photos or their temporary URLs as a monthly image cache.
